We ship all orders in 1-3 business days via USPS. All products are shipped from our home studio in Torrance, CA. If we are experiencing processing delays, an announcement banner will be present at the top of our webpage.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping times are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays from the mail carrier. However, please do contact us if you have not received your order in 14 days (domestic orders only). Shipping times vary for international orders.

Due to the nature of being homemade, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please do contact us if you have any issues with your order. Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
